The property was clean. Nice rooms. Staff wasn’t friendly nor available when I called the front desk. Short answers and very direct. Front desk is a huge representation of the company. I felt the customer service experience was horrible.

The receptionist in the evening and the one in the morning were so friendly and helpful. Our plans got changed last minute and we were stuck with a larger uhaul and when we checked in the receptionist was so helpful in finding us parking in their nearby lot and made check in so smooth. In the morning our uhaul was blocked by another car but the morning receptionist was able to find the guest and got it moved. Excellent and friendly service!
