Very basic, lacking items like cups

The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction.

Only good for its location

The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

Péssima estadia! 1 Elevador quebrado, demorando mais de 10min pra se locomover entre os andares. O café da manhã é de baixissima qualidade: comida mal temperada, salsicha da pior qualidade, pão duro. Não tem manta, não tem toalha pra trocar. Não tem serviços de quarto: a camareira entrou no quarto e apenas dobrou o lençol. Não me senti segura no local, não tem nenhum segurança e quem entra, sobe. Foi a pior estadia da minha vida! Não achei que fosse possível existir um local assim.

O quarto em si, bacana e boa vista para a cidade e mar. Porém ficamos duas noites sem uma manta, que estava na lavanderia, e depois não podia ser liberada pois estava em contagem. Secador de cabelo não existe, solicitamos outro travesseiro, não podia ser emprestado. Duas atendentes sem condições de atender público, administração do hotel bem ruim.

Apenas 1 elevador funcionando, o que nem de longe era suficiente para o hotel, que estava lotado nessa alta temporada. Funcionários debochados e grosseiros ainda riam dos hóspedes, que reclamavam. Ouvi muitos hóspedes reclamando das condições de seus quartos, como aranhas, ar condicionado pingando ou sem funcionar etc. Última hospedagem minha nesse hotel decadente e abandonado.

Foi boa, o homem é bem localizado e elegante, porém fomos orientados que a todo momento que fossemos voltar para o quarto deveríamos passar na recepção para que nossas chaves fossem liberadas, sobre o café da manhã estava divino. E em nenhum momento foi oferecido serviço de quarto, não sei se por causa de se tratar de apenas uma diária, outra coisa é a restrição de horário para ultilizar a piscina que era apenas até às 22h .

Apenas 1 elevador funcionando, não sendo suficiente a mobilidade dos hóspedes, que lotavam o hotel. Elevador sem funcionar há mais de 15 dias. Funcionários grosseiros, péssimo atendimento, debochados sobre o problema do elevador. Funcionários fazendo enorme barulho e gritaria nos corredores. Instalações antigas e funcionários despreparados e desatentos com os hóspedes. Não volto nunca mais. Pior experiência em hoteis em Salvador.
