Single family rambler with an enclosed backyard. Fully private house, with a private yard, and the front yard faces a beautiful neighborhood park.

It feels like a small town right in the middle of Salt Lake Valley. 20 minutes from downtown because of easy access to I-15, I-215, and Bangater.

Huge backyard that is completely fenced in. Large trees behind the house give the home the perfect amount of privacy. We do allow pets to stay with you at this home because of the large backyard and park across the street. This home is great for the whole family to come and enjoy.

Our goal or should I say my kids goal (we were coming to visit them) was to have some of mom’s cooking. Their house is absolutely perfect for this and made my mom heart so happy. Above excellent communication not only on the explanation of the property but also for some additional questions when we got there.

We enjoyed our stay. Home was well furnished and the area was very quiet. We liked the location as it was centrally located by stores and restaurant. It snowed during our stay and it was a pleasabt surprise to see the neighbor shoveling the snow. Would definitely stay again. Sheena was a great host.

Fantastic Stay, Would Book Again!
You could tell our hosts wanted to make the stay as easy as possible. I really appreciate the thought they put into communicating via message and the binder, but also little things, like doggie bags, an extra toothbrush, really helped. I'm not used to the streaming TVs, but they provided notes and I knew I could get in touch if I couldn't figure it out. The furniture and bedding was all so comfortable, and we even had TVs in the rooms. Having more than one bath is always appreciated, as was the big backyard, and the location. It was a fantastic stay, and I would book it again in a heartbeat.

This house was perfect for our family's visit to the Salt Lake City area. The house was clean and comfortable, with a well-supplied kitchen, while the backyard was fully-fenced, which made it perfect for our two dogs. Sheena is a great host and very responsive to questions. The house is very clean, comfy beds and stocked with all necessities. The neighborhood is established with lots of mature trees. We enjoyed eating out in the backyard and our dog had lots of room to play. If you're looking to stay in or near West Jordan, this is a wonderful location!

Great little house for our family of six and our dog. The house was stocked with several amenities for our baby and had a great backyard for our dog. The home was as described, kitchen well stocked with everything younwould need. Nice to have washer and dryer on hand . The backyard with seating was a little oasis after a day out. The only negative we noticed was when we first arrived, it smelled as if someone had left a dirty diaper in the house and the entire home reeked. I had brought spray, which helped. However, there was a slight lingering odor throughout or stay that never left. We just brought out our spray and all was well. Overall, it is a nice home.

Wonderful hosts who accommodated us when we arrived a day early to beat out a blizzard. We were moving across country with our pets and had to switch out RV rentals in Salt Lake City. Was able to use the spacious garage to hold our belongings in between dropping off 1st RV and picking up 2nd RV. Dogs were happy to stretch their legs in the backyard. Hosts did a great job with cleanliness. Even with carpeted floors, you could not tell that animals had stayed there before. My wife has allergies and had no issues in the house. Highly recommend. Would stay again if ever back in the area.

We had everything we needed at this wonderful house. It was in a family friendly neighborhood, on a quiet street. We couldn’t have asked for more. For a pet friendly rental, this home was perfectly clean and even my dogs couldn’t tell any other animals had ever been there. The kitchen was well stocked with nice cooking materials, and the bathrooms were just as plentiful. We traveled with 2 dogs and 3 kids, so we were really happy that the check out required little more than picking up after ourselves and our pets. We highly recommend this property. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

As advertised - clean an everything you need. Great location for gatherings! We came in town and hosted a Thanksgiving dinner. Backyard was ideal for our pug and the park was perfect for tossing a football. Nice updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
