"Before I talk about the house and property, I commend the ease and promptness of communication with Heidi, the home owner. She was pleasant and helpful with all questions and communications. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The back wall of the home was all windows, giving you a beautiful view of Lake Michigan, no matter where you were on the first floor. The beds in all of the bedrooms were comfortable and lent to very restful sleep, especially if you opened a window and listened to the waves hitting the beach.the kitchen was well stocked with flatware and cookware. There was a nice sized fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and there were Duraflame starters supplied to make starting a fire very easy. We enjoyed two evenings of fires with a beautiful view of the moon reflecting on the lake. We had visitors daily from a brood of deer that seemed to live nearby. The drive to Ludington was a short 10 minute drive. So, grocery stores, drugstores and restaurants as well as shops and galleries were nearby. All of those things lead to a fantastic vacation on the shore of Lake Michigan. We highly recommend this wonderful property and are grateful to Heidi for sharing her home with us.
