Such helpful front desk staff. Pleasant and friendly too. Clean room although one for fur babies, it was very clean and spacious. We all slept well, which was a real blessing after the horrible stay the previous night in Oxford,AL., and the torrential downpour we went through the day following.

The rooms are nice size with everything you need. Bathroom is nice. The breakfast is hot with plenty of choices. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfectly fine stay! We enjoyed the quiet of the room, checkin and out was easy and smooth, and breakfast was delicious. The pool was enjoyable, though the hot tub was pretty chemical heavy. In retrospect we should have let the jets run for a few minutes before getting in. I’m not sure if the pool facilities were frequently used or not, but I definitely felt the chlorine! Either way, the location was great, and it was a lovely stop to stay at on our road trip.

No hot water!! Would not move us to a different room! Staff was not willing to refund our money and provided no other options. Also, side doors were not functional to use your key at night so you had to walk around the motel to get in. Very disappointing as we usually have a good experience at comfort in. Thanksgiving visit, the staff at this location went above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, If we needed anything they were right there to assist us. The kitchen staff were fantastic. Had a delicious breakfast every morning. The location of this hotel was close to restaurants and stores and close to interstate but no noise from it. Was a great stay

The bed was the worst bed I've ever had!! It was hard and lumpy. Its supposed to be smoke free and the entire 2nd floor smelled of Marijuana bad.
