A little gem.
Mr Jan the receptionist was truly helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable. Highly recommend hotel.

Terrible hotel. No air-con, poor amenities in the room and then not refreshed. Bar never open. Reception desk has limited opening hours. Staff didn't know where to find a local eatery and suggested I use the internet. Breakfast OK, but many items not refreshed when run out.

No air conditioning. It is impossible to sleep unless the staff provide you a vent (they are very friendly with that). Too noisy because of rails next to the building. If you open windows, every passing train wakes you up. Promised free parking only if you park on the street. Hotel parking garage is not free. However, good food for breakfast.

Needs improvement
This hotel is situated next to to the train line. You hear every train pass throughout the night. I had no hot water in the morning. At first I was told by the receptionist that she would have a technician look at it. I later inquired if this was unique to my room or the whole hotel. Apparently when the hotel is full, hot water is in short supply in the morning. Not nice when you want to shower, dress, have breakfast and go to work.

The only problem I had with the hotel is the drapes in our room were very sheer which allowed light from the hallway and sunlight to shine through. This fact made for difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep.

They gave me the room on the back side and there was rail track 30 feet from room and trains were running almost every ten minutes. I asked them to give me room not facing the train tracks and I was told that they usually charge 15 Euros more for same room but not facing train tracks.

Hot, broken hotel.
The air conditioning and fridge were broken. We only got one fan for 2 rooms and staff wouldn't let us cancel even though the hotel facilities were not available. At 2am it was 42 degrees Celsius in our room. No sleep and 2 very unhappy children. The only good thing is that we only booked for one night.
