Loved this place. Its location is fantastic and even came with a complimentary minibar. The breakfast was the best part since we ordered off a menu and were served at our tables. I tire of buffets. This was special.

Excellent 1,000 year old hotel. We stayed in room 6 on the second floor (ground / first / second). It is spacious with a view over the flower boxes to the Main Street below. It’s a very short walk to the market square. Our stay was in early September so we had a window open at night and the room was a pleasant temperature. Be aware there is no lift / elevator. You will need to get your cases up the stairs. Our room had a shower in a tub and a swinging glass door to contain the water. That door was not great - we got water on the floor and had to quickly sop it up Breakfast was very good - served in the garden. Definitely recommend staying here.

Location of this place is ideal. It’s right next to Market place. Rooms are clean, breakfast is splendid and the service was fabulous. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing Old World Experience
Service was amazing! Apple Maps brought me down the wrong road - hotel staff moved my car and brought in the luggage. Room was quaint although a bit dated - and there was no air conditioning. Definitely wasn't one of the nicer rooms. That being said, bed was comfortable and room was stocked with free water, beer and wine. Location is wonderful... and breakfast was tremedous!

Expedia tricked us when chose when I chose this hotel as it stated that it was air-conditioned. When we checked in and it was so hot, I was told that there is only two rooms and they are already occupied, but there is a fan.. it was late in the evening did not argue much. The staff told us that they will leave at 8 o’clock so we went out came back around 930 1030 the electricity cut we had to spend the whole night in a room with no electricity in a very dark place, we cannot charge our phones. We cannot hold the phone. We cannot even use the toilet because it was dark. . As I told you the previous night there is no reception to contact so we had to spend the whole night in a very hot room with no air condition or fan with no lights or anything.. this hotel as part of our celebration for our 38th wedding and anniversary which turned to be the worst night in our trip when we checked out they gave us €100 discount which is unacceptable that’s why I demand from Expedia a total refund since they miss us from the beginning stating that this hotel is air-conditioned which it was not

Breakfast service was super slow at times. Rooms were clean but old. Little things like the fan didn’t work properly. Showers very tight. Generally understaffed.
