Rori was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our stay over Labor Day Weekend. Only downsides were the couch in our suite was not a pull-out bed and the birds that congregated by the front parking lot will "decorate" your car very quickly.

We opened a retail store in town one year ago. And as we moved to town we and business associates stayed at the Baymont many different times. Property is nice, staff had been friendly, affordable pricing. It was our GO TO hotel in town when it was needed. This past weekend we had business associates in town, five of them and I booked them multiple rooms. I booked the rooms on a third party sight and received confirmation of the booking. When I arrived with the group at 8:45 PM on a Friday night, I was refused the rooms and not given a refund BECAUSE BAYMONT policy, at least in Roswell, is you cannot book a room for the night if you have a local address. Yes I live here and my license reflects that. My ID and credit card had to match. So my guests and I were turned away into the streets with no refund!!! The lady at the counter wouldn’t allow us to use someone else’s ID or to book the room a different way. Flat refused us service! It was difficult to find rooms for my guests after that on short notice on a Friday night. What a nightmare scenario. What a horrible policy, what if my family had an emergency or tragedy that forced us to not be able to sleep at home? A fire or flood, violence in the home or something else? Guess what you aren’t welcome at the Baymont Roswell. A garbage company and I will never spend money with them again. Enjoy your stay.

WiFi was down, ice machine not working, had to change rooms because first one had broken A/C….second room had great A/C but broken tv. Bed was very comfortable and staff was awesome but this hotel needs some major upgrades.

Clean and comfortable room, well sized. Spent 2 nights there but shifted room as we did 2 bookings. Property had a reasonable breakfast and laundry facilities which we always find helpful. Had tons of dining options within walking distance.

We usually stay here when in town, properly has gone downhill a little since our last stay. Woke up the first morning to discover a water pipe had broken in the parking lot & there was no water. They called to get it repaired but since it was Memorial Day weekend it took a day or so, we ended up having to change hotels. Not their fault it took so long to get it fixed & they did give us a small discount for the one night we were there.

Went to Holiday Inn, they were out of rooms, the stuff recommended Baymont. It was nice, the young lady at the desk, told me to look on the discount hotel websites for better rates and make my reservations that way. The room was clean and the front area was neat!

My kids enjoyed a swim after a day of sightseeing. The pool door doesn’t work, there was actually a sign saying to enter through the gym if it wasn’t working so it’s been an ongoing issue, clearly. The water fountain in the gym does not work, nor does the shower in the pool arena. When we got back from the pool we realized we had clogging issues in both the sink and shower when my daughter had water backing up that wasnt draining down. This happened ant 10:30ish at night. Our phone in the room didn’t work (one of many things that doesn’t work at that hotel) so I had to call from my phone to report the issue. The front desk lady gave me a hard time about how to solve the issue. She insisted they could not simply send someone to fix it. Apparently the people on duty can’t access the janitorial closet. I’d hate to imagine having a toilet clog or worse after certain hours, it wouldn’t get fixed. We were able to move to a different room, all of our stuff at nearly 11pm, imagine how fun that was. The new room had a really old kitchenette. The best thing about it was that it had a kitchen table. Everything was old and kind of ick. One positive thing was the breakfast was decent and the lady in charge of the breakfast was really nice. She asked if we we wanted anything before it ended. This place has the potential to be a great hotel, and one day apparently once was, but that is no longer the case. I would rather have paid more and gotten decent service and a comfortable stay.
