I liked the view. There was nothing I was happy with. I was so surprised when there was not concierge service. The only help we received was from the valet department, They all were very kind with directions and places to go. But that’s not your company. I just stayed a Wonderful hotel of yours downtown Tampa. But I am so unhappy,My friend and I grew up here.We moved away and we planned this night to treat ourselves to a very fun special trip.Disappointed ☹️ Susan Terrana

Nice place, no AC during the night, Bad beds.
The hotel is nice, clean rooms and the front staff were friendly. During the night the AC stopped working and had to call the front desk. They mentioned the system would need to be reset and it’ll be back on in 10-15 mins. However three hours later it finally came back on. The room was very hot. The beds are not comfortable at all. The four of us all had the same uncomfortable bed comment. Overall this place was nice but for the price it should have delivered better AC and better comfortable beds like the other hotels in the area does. I would consider other options when visiting Detroit again.

There was a little issue with the room upon checking in, but the front desk quickly got is into another (and better) room. Workers are always nice!
