A little but very nice apartment (monotype) provided with air conditioning, bathroom with shower box, hair dryer, tv color, free Wifi, kitchen-corner, well equipped (two induction plates, micro-wave oven, electric italian type caffettiera, toaster) and panoramic terrace with awning, table, chairs and chaises-longues. For two persons. Located in the residential area of ​​Janiculum-Monteverde Vecchio ,, near the Park of Villa Pamphili, ten minutes away from the center of Trastevere, 20 minutes by bus from the Coliseum. Restaurants, open sky market, supermarket, any kind of shops (a delicious ice-cream shop too!) in the same street or very near. Very good and very cheap-rotisseries pizzerias (also take-away)

An amazing stay!
We’re so glad we stayed here! The flat is perfectly formed and has everything you need. It’s quiet at night and the bed is comfy. The roof terrace is amazing with views over the city. The area was perfect for us - there were lots of great cafes and restaurants and it’s a nice walk in to the centre of Rome (or you can take the bus from right outside the building!). The best part about our stay was our very welcoming host Maurizio - he waited up for us and showed us to the flat even though we arrived late at night, and the next day he very kindly took us on a tour of his neighbourhood! He showed us some sights that we definitely would have missed, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and told us about the history of Rome. It was really cool to get the local knowledge from a true Roman and it made such a difference to our stay. We will be recommending our friends and family stay here, and you should too! Thanks Maurizio!

Vacation in Rome
The property was clean, secure, and comfortable for two people. Maurizio was a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived even though it was late in the evening and gave us a tour of the neighborhood so we would know where the market and restaurants were. The next morning he gave us a tour that included the surrounding area. He loves his hometown and loves to share the history. We would definitely stay here again.

Rome Stay
Our stay in Rome was good. Maurizio is an excellent host who met us at the building, showed us around and made sure we knew where restaurants and groceries could be found. He took us on an hour long tour of the area in his car. The studio apartment is adequate for 2 people. It’s smaller than I expected and had only limited cooking area. The last 2 nites were cold but we had adequate bedding so slept well. If you are looking for a good place to sleep only for a couple nites this would be it!

Fantastic Stay!
We had the best stay ever in this comfortable apartment. It was very clean and walking distance to places for breakfast and dinner. Our host was outstanding! Meeting us on arrival and showing us restaurants and providing us a great mini tour of the neighborhood and explaining the history of the area. The terrace was an amazing place to relax after exploring Rome! Hope to return again!

Perfect!
Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was! Maurizio was the most gracious host! Communication with WhatsApp before and during our stay was great and appreciated to make us feel comfortable on our first trip to Italy. He picked us up at the Trastevere train station and gave us a historical driving tour of the neighborhood with much advice! We left feeling like Maurizio was our new friend. Loved the neighborhood and the convenient location to both Vatican, Colosseum, and Spanish Steps. We mostly walked and felt safe, but there were always taxis in the square close by. Loved the view from our private rooftop veranda! Bed was comfortable. Very clean! We enjoyed the coffee and pastry shop across the street every morning! Best restaurants nearby. We will definitely love to stay here again when in Rome! Thanks so much for everything, Maurizio!

Amazing Host, great stay.
The apartment was adequate for 2 people with a spacious and private balcony area. The Host was definitely the star of the show and was very respectful, accommodating, resourceful, helpful and informative and recommended some great spots to eat at and also provided us with a tour of the surrounding area with a bit of historical insight for each site. The apartment was conveniently located a few steps away from a bus stop so getting around was very easy. Overall a great spot with a great host.

Wonderful experience
Aside from the apartment being very cute and supplying us with everything we needed, Maurizio was extra kind and diligent in making sure all of our accommodations were exceptional. He met us outside when we arrived and escorted us up to the apartment, which was very nice. He then showed us around the area, recommended some restaurants, let us know which bus to take to get around, and even had an aperitivo with us at the bar/pastry shop across the road. Because we were out all day, we didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but when we got back after a full day of sightseeing, it was very cozy and had everything we needed. Not only do I recommend booking with Maurizio, I also recommend taking time to get to know him! Overall, excellent location, great communication, and when I come back to Rome, I will hope this place is available to stay again!

A Lovely Apartment & Thoughtful Host
Grazie mille Maurizio! Maurizio picked us up from the Trastevere train station, and after acquainting us with the apartment -including the lovely private terrace - took us on an overview-of-Trastevere tour! We were able to easily walk to the main attractions of Rome (e.g., The Colosseum), but there is also a regualrly serviced bus stop.close by. We wouldn't hesistate to stay here again.

Feel Right at Home
We stayed 5 nights and fit right into the community from day one. Our host, Maurizo, was like family. He guided us on a lengthy tour through the area, showing us his love for the area and it's history, including the great Garibaldi. We discussed our differing, but similar cultures and corrected each other constantly but respectifully on grammar. We laughed a lot. Couldn't have asked for a better new friend and a better way to immerse ourselves in the wonderful Italian culture. We loved every minute.

The Best Host Ever!
We were greeted with such warm hospitality. The Host took us for a tour around the neighborhood. He was so thoughtful and kind. Very good restaurants and shops close by. We loved the terrace. It was so relaxing after a long day of touring. We highly recommend this place. Just a little issue with the internet service. Other than that, it is cozy and in a great location. Close enough to city center but away from the crowds.

Lovely studio in great location
The studio was perfect for us and our needs whilst in Rome. The location is great with lots of shops and eateries just outside the door. Trastevere and the rest of the city is in walking distance or a short bus ride away. Maurizio was an excellent host and picked us up from the train station as well as giving us a tour!

The Host is very accommodating. He graciously picked us up at the Trastavere Train Station. This really saved us the walk with luggage and saved taxi fare. The location; a bus stop #75, is directly in front of the property. Elevator takes you to the fourth floor where there is a landing of stairs to an upper floor. At the top there is a security door that opens to a large terrace. Entry to the living accomaditation opens with another security door. The room; is small but functional. A queen bed served us well, although we are accustomed to king size. The shower is a bit small; you will not be showering together to save water or otherwise. There is air-conditioning. I would say two to seven day stay is reasonable depending on your appreciation of price over luxury. We felt safe and comfortable enough. This is not luxury; but price is king.

Very nice stay with great terrace
Maurizio was a very helpful and courteous host, who gave us all the important information on how to get here (from the train station to the accommodation) in advance. After our arrival he gave us a 1.5 hour guided tour of the neighborhood by car. This gave you a great overview of the city right from the start and you knew where the best food was in the area. Not only the owner, but also the accommodation was a great experience for us. Especially the terrace was a highlight. Thank you very much Maurizio and I can definitely recommend this accommodation.
