"We love staying at the Seabiscuit. It was secluded, quiet, and so peaceful there. We loved walking out on the dock and watching the sunsets, kayaking and paddle boarding whenever we wanted, and just basically re-setting ourselves. Plenty of room in the rental, our teenagers loved having their own space in the loft. The roads getting there are rough so be sure your vehicle can handle them. No cable or smart tv log in options so be ready to unplug and unwind. . "

"We took our family to Exuma for the first time. We hope to be back as it did not disappoint. The Villa was in a great location and a short 10 minute drive into town. Having a beach was great - we rented jet skis one day that were delivered to us and also got picked up for a fishing excursion. The pool was nice since it got cooler later in the week. We utilized the kayaks and water toys they had. The grill was not working for a couple of days but they did get it fixed for us. Overall a great experience!"

"We had a most enjoyable two week Christmas holiday at this wonderful house... and I highly recommend it! The owner, Michael, was excellent at communicating with us and super helpful. Joanes, his property manager, was awesome! What a lovely man! Super helpful, friendly, and very available to us if we had any questions. Joanes and Michael were able to find a beach umbrella for us to use during our stay which was awesome - free of charge! The layout of the house was great - the living room furniture was newer than what's in the pictures of the house - super comfortable and was fantastic for the 6 of us to hang out playing games at night. The beautiful view and sandbar out front were a lovely bonus - as were the paddle boards and kayaks. The house was perfect for the 6 of us (me and my husband, our 3 young adult children, and one of their boyfriend's). Everyone absolutely loved it, and loved the pool - we just didn't want it all to come to an end. Having the laundry machine there also was super helpful. I highly highly recommend this house - we felt incredibly safe there and well taken care of. I hope we get to go back again one day! Thank you Michael and Joanes for taking such good care of us! "Property is in old buildings but our room was recently updated. The room is very nice, just as the photos show, and clean. Pool is small, view is great! Over all I would say it is one of the nicer hotels in downtown Georgetown."

"My family of 7 stayed here just before Christmas. Our kids ages are from 8 to 23. We all absolutely loved our stay.It was spacious enough for everyone to not feel like they are on top of each other but felt cozy at the same time. The outdoor areas were paradise! The beach is beautiful. The water is calm and easy to use provided kayaks and paddle boards or for the littles to enjoy swimming. We truly enjoyed every minute of this property..Our host made it even better with his attentiveness. He was a phone call away for any questions or to set up activities. We will certainly revisit this location in the future."
