Well! My 1st Room On 2nd Floor. DidNot Have Any Of The Amenities That Most Hotels Have. This Room Nothing. Also Their Was A Nappy Hairs In The Bath Tub. Even Though No One Had Taken A Shower. No Iron.Son Complain Of Bed Bugs. But, Manager Check On It. She(Brenda) Gave Me Another Room On 1st Floor. Just A Bit Better But, I Checked Out. Even Though I Had Days To Stay Until Hurricane Milton Passes Through. I Checked In At Holiday Inn Express Next Door

We were very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and neatness of this hotel. Yes, like any mature being, it has a few marks and scars, but our room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the area was quiet and surrounded by other hotels. Very convenient to the interstate, gas and eating establishments. We will gladly stay there again.

The experience was ok the owner was just unprofessional as far as in asking us what we are doing and not giving us clean towels and rags when we needed I only stay here for the pool ...other than that he is very rude

This property had horrible customer service. The front desk reps were rude, and short when speaking with guest. Limited supplies, i.e I was told I could only receive one wash cloth and one towel per person, my bedding had holes, and stains. I tried to turn them in for another set and was told there weren’t anymore. There were no additional pillows, cleaning service had to be requested between 9am-1pm, which we didn’t receive. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the room daily myself. Bath tub was unleveled, there were cob webs on the stairs, and walls to the rooms. The poor quality of my stay negatively affected my vacation. I will NEVER stay at or recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone.

The room smelled the second I walked in. The bathroom smelled like urine and musty. There were yellow and grey stains on the bed sheets. The night manager tried to play it off as “hair dye” or “food stains” and “guaranteed the sheets were washed”. So ridiculous
