Great location,very very poor service. We were assigned a tiny room with no closet at all, no functional exhaust in the washroom. When we spoke to front office they did nothing at all, even though they told us maintenance would come the next day. Would not even change our room as they said they cannot do that or make any room changes for Expedia booking ( even though there was an issue)
They knew there is a problem with the room which was reported in the past too, but assigned it to guests anyway.
Poor value for what you pay for sure. V poor housekeeping experience, beds not made properly, dirty floors, cups etc left without cleaning. Next day no service from housekeeping as they said we did not put a clean the room sign. Surely if there is no sign at all they could knock/ clean the room?
No apologies or even a contact for the manager, very disappointing. Much better places available for the price.
Very apathetic, honestly travel a lot and never had as bad an experience. No apology and honestly a very I don’t care attitude.
They only great program is the reusable glass water bottle program for guests ( fill your own filtered water)
Expedia team should absolutely be reaching out to them or visit the location themselves. We had booked for 4 days unfortunately and had no way out ; pre/paid)
