Friday night, the smoke detector would not stop beeping. (the tv was also damaged, and the promised amenities were not present, namely the mini fridge) so we had to change rooms.... we changed rooms, showered, and slept. Saturday, we had to get new key cards (no biggie really, just another issue of many). Saturday night the shower's hot water no longer worked. at all. I waitied 20-40 m and kept trying but nothing. I didn't want to move again, we were exhausted (work trip). I contacted hotels.com and they basically said they could only do a $30 credit. disappointing to say the least. would NEVER stay here again. Front desk girl was absolutely wonderful, but everything else was horrendous.

I have tummy issues and I got sick I asked for some clean bedding and when I checked out on the 8th of this month they kept my deposit refused to give me my money back the room was clean when I left it so they should have let me have my deposit back but didn't I'll never stay there again.

Just because I have been tummy issues and I got sick on the bedding they refused to give me my deposit back even though I took care of my mess and left the room clean never staying there again very rude staff.

Kids screaming and playing with a vacuum cleaner after 9:30 and the noise didn't stop until after 2 pm. Rooms were dirty and the door lock didn't secure the door. Very unsafe

Stayed there twice. Motel 6 very supportive of traveling pets; unfortunately at last minute could not travel with our dog (CDC unacceptable rules re Canada). Staff very nice and welcoming. Property maintenance VERY poor. Doors not really secure; stopper in sink not working; entry at one door not working; could not convince TV to change channels; walls, baseboards, etc., many need repair; phone blinking -- no reason and no way to stop it.

Everything we needed was there
You get what u pay for. But we save a lot of money and got a clean room with clean sheets and plenty of hot water and a free ride to the airport. Felt safe. Staff was friendly. A very family and working class hotel, were people work hard and want a clean, reasonable place to lay their head. Everything we needed was there. If u need better than go elsewhere and pay more.

When we check in, to room 118 and 130, we spotted roaches as soon as we turned the lights on. We immediately went to the front desk who insisted that what we saw scurrying across the floor were not roaches. We were told to call the general manager, and when the number was called, it was immediately sent to voicemail.
