We always stay at this hotel when we are in Richmond. It is right next to the mall (short pump). The rooms are big and clean and the staff is amazing. They also have a pool and a workout area. Plus breakfast not to mention checkout is a noon.

We stayed for only one night, so we didn’t use the cooking facilities. We did appreciate the service, staff and facilities, including the pool. The downside was being on the 4th floor, we had to wait a long time for hot water to arrive in the shower. While there was a table, there was only 1 chair. The hotel was great for the price!

The hotel seems to be relatively new, so everything was in very good condition and clean. It’s in a great, safe location. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only thing we did not care for was breakfast. Would have liked to see a few more options. Overall, our stay was great.

We traveled with a toddler. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the location because it was close to everything we needed during our stay. We were traveling to Kings Dominion which was a 31 minute drive but we wanted to stay in an area that had things for us to do. Short Pump,VA in general is really nice and we would stay here again.

Clean very spacious rooms. Nothing out of this world but comfortable. Couch and bedspread were extremely itchy. Bfast ok, coffee bad, real bad both in room and downstairs. Very pricey at $280 per night. Ice machine nice. Overall, nice place to stay.
