=> Suite No. 2 (1st floor) including 1 large double bed (160 * 200) + 1 dressing room + 1 private bathroom with bath, WC.
This room has a terrace access with sea view. This room has an extra bed for one person.
=> Suite No. 3 (1st floor) including 1 large double bed (160 * 200) + 1 dressing room + private bathroom with shower cubicle, WC.

Unbelievable Stay
You can’t stay at a better property than this. It was absolutely amazing. We loved it so much! My whole family stayed there. It was super clean, easy check-in, incredible views, and in a great location. We will definitely be coming back.

Where should I start… what a wonderful vacation!The words cannot describe the reality of the beauty of this place. The house is indeed stunning and has everything you will need for a perfect vacation, the hosts are more than welcoming… the best we’ve actually found so far, but the scenery of the place is magnificent! You will have such a blast just watching thee sunset every evening as you will have a different one every day! And the picture after the sunset is even more spectacular!As for leaving on this island for eight days… again what a wonderful experience! We maximized our time by trying to do as many activities as possible and at the end of each day we were so satisfied!We tried everything that Ricardo and Zohra recommended and please trust me we had a blast! Thank you for making our vacation so special and we will love to see you again soon!

Fantastic villa with a vista
Fantastic villa and view! Quiet area and the sunset from the terrace and balconies were perfect after a good day exploring the island. We only wished the weather was a bit warmer to better enjoy the pool. Great location to visit the west and north of the island. Be aware you have a nice 10 min winding drive/climb to reach the villa from town center.!!. But this is part of Madeira charms!! Communication and instruction from the friendly host was very clear. I recommend this villa.

Great first family holiday
Villa Cabouco was a great base for our extended family holiday. We had space for myself and my partner, our two little boys (0 + 3), my mother and sister as well as my parents in law. The kitchen was a great space for evening dining and the pool was lovely after a day out in the hills. Beware the approach road on first visit, however that's well flagged by Riccardo and Zohra on arrival. Would very happily return again!

Wow - what a gem on such a magical island
This house exceeded all expectations. The accommodations were spectacular. The views from this house were amazing. The hosts were exceptional. Ricardo showed our party the town of R Brava and made the best recommendation for restaurants, bakeries, markets, and more. The wood fire grill was also a great way to cook a few meals. This was simply a super place to reside for our week long journey in Madeira. We didn’t want to leave!

AMAZING
We are four couples that stayed eight nights in this beautiful villa. The attention to detail and caring by Ricardo and Zhora was outstanding. This is far and away the best place we have ever stayed at after many years of travelling The two of them went above and beyond for us. Ricardo came to meet us after we picked up our rental cars to escort us to the property as it was 11:00 pm. Even with the very, very detailed instructions on how to get to the villa it would have been extremely challenging. Until you’ve driven the roads in Madeira you have know idea how challenging. They also picked up groceries for us so we had food for breakfast the next morning. I could go on and on but really….AMAZING…says it all

Relaxing in Ribeira Brava
9 day family holiday to celebrate a decade birthday. Amazing villa with excellent views & facilities. It is as per the brochure shows & more. View from the sun deck takes your breath away. The information brochure was comprehensive & very useful. Ricardo was a welcoming host who took the time to drive my husband around the local area showing him where to park and where to shop.

Thoroughly deserves the five star rating
Booked based on the reviews and pictures. All were spot on and the views are stunning. Very well equipped, spotless and roomy for our party of five. The surly teenagers loved the pool, and the churassco was fab. The hosts are lovely people, there if you need them, excellent communicators. Location is lovely. Half an hour walk (uphill) to a bar, a lot quicker on the way back. Yes the main road is twisty and narrow and the one to the accommodation even narrower but very well maintained and easy to drive around. 30-40 minutes’ drive from the airport and half an hour to most other places. Decent supermarket (Continente) ten minutes’ drive. Recommend you have a car. Overall, good value, great location and a superlative property with super hosts.

Delightful property with very helpful owners
We loved our stay in this property in February 2024. The villa had everything we needed and the owners were excellent at helping us settle in. The villa isn't easy to find and they drove us there so when we drove out, we knew how to get back. The villa had everything we needed, including an excellent kitchen, outdoor barbecue and pool. There is also a garden with lawn. There are many places to eat in nearby Ribeira Brava, as well as numerous places for food shopping. We would highly recommend the villa.

Fabulous Family Holiday
We booked this trip to celebrate my Mothers 90th birthday. The owners were at the villa to welcome us, and I had asked if they could organise a cake, flowers, banner and sparkling wine. They had gone above and beyond and they made us feel more like extended family. The villa is lovely, the views are amazing, there was a welcome pack of traditional biscuits, chocolates, coffee pods and wine. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The beds are all comfortable. We hope we can return again.

Perfect family or couples retreat/adventure!
This is a very special place with views and amenities that will take your breath away! We were all family of 8 (4 couples and it was perfect). Being able to eat most of our meals there inside or outside (December) was a treat because the kitchen was expertly stocked for a family of 8! Ricardo and Zhora were extremely hospitable and even let a private chef (which they recommended) into the house so a birthday meal was prepared for our arrival!

Fantastic place
We were three couples adventuring together. The apartment is impeccable - the views alone are worth every penny - fantastic sunsets every night, cool breezes, a stocked kitchen. You DO need to buy or bring soap for the showers, and depending on length of stay, a few other paper products. The only pro tip is to understand the cars you are renting - they are not inexpensive, and ours were not worth the money - one was a quite old (roll up windows) Clio manual that had zero power which made going up and down the very hilly island quite challenging. Ricardo said they are getting newer cars so this may be moot. But this did not remotely affect our enjoyment and appreciation for the place!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful villa
This villa was everything we had hoped for on our visit to Madiera. The hosts communicated well with us right from the beginning. The home guide they sent before our trip contained a detailed explanation of how to drive to the villa, descriptions of all rooms including 3D floor plans, and helpful information about the amenities- including photos of the contents of kitchen drawers. All that was so helpful in planning our visit and removing unnecessary worry. The property is gorgeous and well-maintained. No one can warn you enough about the driving on Madeira, but the villa’s location in Ribeira Brava is centrally located to all major activities on the island. We highly recommend this place - you, too, will love it.

Amazing place and host!!!
This is a beautiful home and extremely friendly and welcoming host. The home was perfectly clean tidy. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the amazing kitchen and the awesome pool and of course the incredible views. We rented the hosts vehicle as well and they met my brother at the airport to escort him back to house and then gave him a mini-tour of Riberia Brava to help him get his bearings. They also met him at the airport to return the car. Hosts were extremely helpful with a welcome packet they sent weeks in advance of our stay that included anything we could possibly need regarding the house. Will highly recommend to anyone heading to Madeira.

The property description advertised only covers a very small portion of the actual offerings! I have never stayed at a property that offered so much variety, quality of high end furnishing, awesome locations and an outstanding host!! You can’t go wrong about anything at this property! We had the privilege of staying at Ricardo’s beautiful home! As a host, he was amazing and even took the time to drive with us to show us the easiest way to go up and down the mountain, showed us where the closest grocery store is, and the easiest way to get to the villa. The house itself is in excellent condition, very tidy and well maintained. Its easy to see how much Ricardo loves his home and the island! We definitely look forward to coming back in the future!

Amazing Villa with incredible views!
Highly recommend this villa! Had a wonderful stay and the views are truly incredible. The villa is a short drive/taxi ride away from the town center, and centrally located to Madeira’s main tourist attractions. Zohra and Ricardo were fantastic hosts, very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
