Staff was very nice. Bathroom smelled terrible, moldy floors and shower curtain. Sheets were ripped. No extra blankets or pillows. Only one hand towel for two people; no washcloths.

This is such a warm and inviting spot! The people and room were great. The evening cake was the sweetest touch. I especially loved that the tables, morning and evening, had little candles burning. Such a beautiful sight.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and couldn't be better value for money. Excellent breakfast choices, fabulous cake from 5pm and tea and coffee when you want it. Easy walking distance to Reykjavik centre and good size free parking.

Clean, basic room with decent breakfast at a good price. We did have a sewage smell in the bathroom until we poured water in the shower drain. The only toiletries were all-in-one body wash. Stay on top floor if you don't want to hear people walking on hard flooring. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I would stay here again.
