Very, very impressed. Online check-in was great (think airline). Once you arrive, the key dispenser process could NOT have been easier or more convenient. We were impressed with the room's decor, cleanliness, space, etc. The stay here was a 'value' and is now our go-to when visiting Reno in the future. Well managed.

We had no hot water at first. They came up to fix and we finally got warm water, but it took forever to get even warm. Also, the lady at check in acted like wew were an imposition. Lastly, we checked out early using the app and I'm not sure we got any credit. Very confused.

The room and facilities were very nice. The only disappointment was I pre checked in online and it said to present my ID and pick up my key. The line for pre check in had a group of people who did not pre check in and it took a half hour to get my key. Towards the end the lady said we could use the kayos but by this time I was at the front of the line.
