Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was nice. Liked the additional chair. Fridge was small & no microwave. Parking was expensive for the area. Surrounding area was less desirable. Rough area & not a lot within walking distance, not that you'd want to walk too far. We did walk to one local shop & were told to "stay safe".

Was billed 3 times for one evening stay. One key card didn't work at all. The overflow parking garage made me pay even though was paid at the desk. They did say they will refund me the over pay. The staff were nice and facilities were good. Dont think ill stay here again.

The hotel has no control of the business around the hotel. The only issue was the kitchen was closed too early on a Friday night after the football game and the hotel was full. A lot of business could have been done and we would not have had to order out.

The staff and service at the Delta was absolutely superb. We had to be at the airport in the wee hours for our incoming flight and they kindly made our room available for an early check-in. Our room was spotless and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The staff were very friendly and kind. Also, perfect spot if you are going to a Rider game as the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at the door.

Nice that it was connected to mall… parking was kinda terrible because of construction, so not the hotels fault! Rooms clean.. staff was all friendly and even went out of there way to help with our bags (he was a maintenance guy) front desk was very informative and kind
