The staff inbthe restaurant were wonderfully efficient and the food was delicious! Hosting my son's stay before leaving for the Coast Guard, this hotel is one of a kind in wonderful.

A great hotel
Overall, I am very please with my stay at Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco. A very quiet, safe, and secure place to be. I had no worries about my vehicle being vandalized ir broken into because of the area the hotel is located. Next trip to SF, I would definitely stay at this same hotel. Staff are all friendly and accomodating. Thank you.

A $70 up charge at checkout for parking and so-called amenity/facility fees was not appreciated. Rooms were utilitarian, linens awful, tub filled up with water with the drain open, bathroom cramped. Restaurant and bar area have been given an update, but they need to do the same with the rooms. I’ve been to better in the area for less.

Nice comfortable & convenient stay while carrying out my Fathers memorial services in town. My Family stayed here too, & it had a nice atmosphere, very comfortable during a hard time :) and the restaurant & Bar was nice and convenient. Breakfast was excellent.
