Build location is questionable there drug activity and drug addicts around be build by the gas station. The two nights I stay housekeeping did show up once lucky I brought my own towels and disposable sheets Tv option is not too good.

Good property for the price however, the surrounding area is "absolutely" not safe! Also, there was no mention of a $50 security deposit anywhere online, you only find out when you're checking in at the front desk.

Rude employee and didn’t want to be bothered with me. I booked a room for $45 and gave him the reservation number and showed him proof. Said it wasn’t in the system but he had a room for $85. I left the property and stayed in another hotel. Contacted Expedia about a refund for this and never received a refund. Will not use this facility again or Expedia to book my properties when I travel.

The only problem was that one bed was wet with urine. Not sure how that would have been missed unless it was just not visible and the new linen was made up over it. The gentleman at the front was very apologetic and provided all clean linens from the mattress cover up. He was very polite and helpful. The property itself was virtually spotless. I would stay at this location again.

Microtel?!?
I checked in at about 5:00pm everything seemed normal I received my Fabb key to my room and when I got upstairs and settled in, there were people talking loud in the hallways, getting ready to fight the front desk person banged on my door asking if I was part of the commotion. I had to reassure him I'm not involved in anything going on here, I'm here on a 2 night short stay for business that's work related. That's it... He proceeded to argue with whom ever was involved with the fight or argument and escort them out of the hotel threatening to call the police. The halls are dirty and the room felt the same don't stay here. It's a bad pick.

Hotel inside looked exactly like pictures, clean, friendly staff, up to date rooms. Neighborhood outside was not so great. Downtown, strangers asking for money.
