The property overall was amazing. The young man at the front desk went out of his way to make everything perfect. There was one person - a woman working the breakfast that went out of her way to be rude- the Expedia app said they provide room service so I called to get coffee and breakfast brought up. Turns out they only provide evening room service. No where do they tell you this. The woman said in a curt tone, “You’re going to have to come down and get it yourself”. Wow. Every other staff member was kind and professional. I will come back but now I know not to get breakfast there.

This was a nice, clean and expensive hotel. We were unable to turn the heat up to stay warm in the room. We asked for blankets and they came readily. For the money, really didn't think being warm would be an issue.

The hotel is a nice hotel. However, during our stay, the heat was out in the lobby which made it nearly impossible to enjoy the breakfast buffet. Also, the pool was a little chilly. Other than that, the room was very nice and the bed slept great!

This property is close to everything. The layout of the roads around the hotel can be a little confusing. Breakfast was also a bit pricey. But the area is nice. We would stay there again because of its proximity to everything, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the quiet rooms.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Crabtree Valley in Raleigh, NC is a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. The room was very clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. There is a really nice outside area with a fire pit and heaters. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again!
