I love this place, it’s not the first time I’m staying here. Only problem is, they way they are managing the parking. This time I wasn’t explained about how it exactly works and I had to lag twice, at the hotel and at the parking company. They refuse to give my money back because I signed a cardex :( be careful and if you need it, doble ask !

I Liked the city center location and ease of catching a taxi and shopping. the interior rooms were nice an quiet, A/C made them not feel stuffy. Hospitable friendly staff. Very helpful and observant.

Our stay at the Gran Hotel was amazing. We had a great room with a beautiful view at a great rate. We will be coming back whenever we visit Queretaro. The only negative comment is the constant bells ringing from the cathedral.

Beautiful old hotel!
Unique old hotel in centro, just what we were looking for! Right on the central Jardín and lots of fun activity around the area on the weekend. Service was first-class. Cleanliness was good. The only small negative was no wash cloths in the room, but some were brought up within minutes. Also, the shower liquid soap and conditioner were empty.
