This property was recently renovated & they did a great job! There are a lot of dining options, plenty of well trained & helpful staff, very clean & spacious property. The rooms are lovely even though each room category differs, all are lovely. At this all-inclusive you will only be in your room to shower, change clothes & sleep. The weather is beautiful all year around & the pools and beach front is where all guests go during the day. This property has a great waterpark for children & adults. I highly recommend this property. The mini-bar & room service is all included (all drinks & food as well of course). A special thanks to Wilkin Mazara, Pasqual, Norberto in the "Taino buffet" & Yaslandra at the "Concierge" for making our stay so special.

Eduardo and Francisca have made my stay here fantastic! They were some of the nicest people I met at Punta Cana and were very attentive to us. They decorated our tables and even celebrated our anniversary. Make sure you look for them when you are here, they will take care of you. The hotel itself was great. The food is as expected at any Riu. The buffet was great. Certain restaurants were a hit or miss. The rooms were renovated recently so it looked modern. Overall, it was a great experience for us.

Hotel casi nuevo . Se fue la luz varias veces , el Elevador lateral del building no funciona apropiadamente, el personal respetuoso pero falto de Preparación aún . Muchos no hablan inglés . Excelente Buffet
