Overall I had a very good experience. The buffet staff, animation group and housekeeping were amazing. I reported issues with the room A/C because the room didn't cooled enough. I reported tge issue, but it was never solved.

Really excellent place..Brand new and the variety of dining options is simply phenomenonal...Staff are well disciplined and trained..Lots of swimming pools and the beach is on site..The rooms are tremendous with satellite TV, Mini bar which is loaded each day free of charge..The only thing missing is free girls...

The hotel needs to do better with the customer service. Dealt with a lot of attitude for no reason. Food was below average. They don’t clean around the pool tables so you get a lot of flies. First time at a RIU and it will be my last.
