We had a wonderful stay. Our butler, Jose, was fantastic at helping us and getting us what we needed. The bartenders, Sebastian and Obispo, at the blue Dorado pool bar were our favorites. We will be back!

Stayed at Dreams Royal for 5 days and I truly enjoyed my stay! The best part about my stay was the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and I loved that they kept the mini bar stocked daily with my favorite drinks. The only pain points I had was the fact they did not have a restaurant that served Dominican food, the excursion workers on the beach are VERY persistent and the house keeping came at the most random times. One night I placed my DND sign on my door, I received knocks on the door and when I did not answer (I was in bed) the door opened. Thankfully I had the latch on. Back to the beach workers lol They were all very nice and we did enjoy some excursions but trying to relax on the beach and catch a tan is extremely difficult 😩 I respect them for doing their job but sheesh lol not sure if the resort can control that or not but please be prepared. All n all, I would recommend Dreams Royal and would even go back

The property is beautiful. The beach is well kept and clean however the workers that do the excursions consistently harass people staying at the resort. The food selection was great and has a variety of different restaurants to choose from. The pools were amazing and tremendous however, they could use a good cleaning as some parts you can see algae. Overall the stay was very relaxing, I just wish the beach was more secure.

Dream royal beach punta cana was amazing!! The staff were just amazing,nice,respectful and welcoming. This resort had many great restaurants food was just amazing at each restaurant food was excellent!! The kids clubs was just amazing I mean my girls wanted to spend every day there. They had so many activities it was just not enough for my girls activities all day long. The baby sisters were the sweetest and caring. The service during the day anywhere in the resort was great!! If I had to travel again to this resort definitely will with out a thought. Very happy with all the employees I meet great people and great personalities felt like I didnt want to leave. The employee below were just amazing!! Thank you all. They all made me feel like I was home with friends and family hope to see them all again. Great service by all. Very lovely hotel and property and dining options but lack of English speaking led to difficulties with ordering drinks and food and any questions we had. Also staff seemed to expect tips for things and it was uncomfortable
