Well I upgraded to privilege to get around faster staff are very friendly in all the hotels. Bahia Principe in Punta Cana has 7 hotels in one main high lot aquamarine you’re not by the beach like Expedia shows. You have to take a golf cart driven by staff around the whole property. It’s immense no way to walk

Everything for me was a 10/10, the entertainment!! carlito was THE BEST! luis was also super great so if you have these two, trust me, join in on all the fun. The place treats you like royalty! The service, the quality of food, I went for my bfs birthday & we talked and socialized with everyone! ended up going back to the room at the end of the day & a bottle of champagne was waiting for him!!! imagine the quality of customer service they give. dont give this place another thought. BOOK!! more so if its in the adult resort 😂

For the most part this hotel was clean, and well staffed. That was the best part of it. The beach area on the last day of my stay was a lot cleaner less seaweed and cooler. The room was spacious enough for myself and my brother. The junior suite which we had reserved was changed from a one bed to two that's all that was done. A bottle should have been in the room never showed up, if you stay here keep on top of them you might actually be heard. Reservations for the restaurants, are important to make in advance, not many choices if you leave it for last minutes. Overall, an average place. The food at the restaurants I was able to eat were good (Limbo great lamb, the food in two of the italian restaurants was also unique and tasteful. 3 🌟 The souvenirs are best to by outside the resort, don't bother with the resort souvenir tour another expensive place. Venture off the area a nearby beach it's a bit cheaper. Enjoy

I'm Dominican and always travel to my country every other year for 30 years and being honest this is the best vacation I ever had in 30 years , the crew was very respectful and very nice , pool entertainment was amazing spetially (Issac) Wonderfull kid. at the pool bar no one like Romeder , house keeping ( Mabel ) was the best ... in general every one was wonderful I can't wait for my next vacation to go back to Bahia aquamarine . food was amazing, drinks on point , thanks aquamarine for this unforgettable vacation

Lovely property. Did not like the app. The all inclusive a la carte dining was confusing so i did not use in order not to get charged. Even though it says all inclusivr. The staff was very friendly for the most part. The food served in the buffet (outside of the restaurants) were not as good. The quick bites like wings, burgers. pasta etc. tasted very processed.

The facility is nice overall, my 2nd time there. I do wish there was an office area, access to computers. However I did receive lots of help front the front desk… Orly was a tremendous help to me so much so I was always looking for him and Eury. Problemas para entrar en la habitacion, personal hostil, todo un dia sin agua caliente, sin internet todo un dia, Gerentes que no ayudan y todo es algo negativo. Positivo el buffet excelente con muy buena comida, casi todo el personal de entretenimiento muy bueno entre ellos Rissa, pero como siempre hay unos que lo dañan y cuando hablas con el SubGerente como se presento no fue lo muy acorde. Soy de cada 2 meses a Punta Cana y es la ptimera vez que me pasan tantas cosas en un hotel. No vuelvo a este hotel.
