We saw at least 15 cockroaches in our room and we had to leave immediately at 10:30 at night after the pool… With nowhere to go after that… And all they wanted to do was give me a free night in that same room!!! The staff gave me false information as to when the manager would be back for my refund… Two days later, and I have not gotten my refund
