Horrible experience!
This home is not suitable for winter. The pipes were frozen when we arrived and it took hours to reach the owners. We spent one night without running water and then requested a full refund. We had to scramble to find a new place for a family of 5 and a dog. It might be a better experience in the summer, but itā€™s unethical to charge people money for a cottage with exposed pipes on the beach in December in NH.

Hampton Beach seafood festival
Everything was as described. Great location . Host communicated well . The cottage was a bit small for our group but did not limit the fun . Sleeping arrangements were tuff for 6 grown adults but would be perfect for a small family . The experience was still good and I would recommend this to anyone looking to get away close to the beach .

Perfect Spot!
We stayed here for the entire month of June and loved every minute of it! The cottage was clean and well decorated. Very cute and modern! One block walk to the beach and lots of good bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Becca was a great host. Very communicative and helpful. The cottage was well stocked with linens and towels. There were some really hot days and the air conditioners worked very well to keep the cottage nice and cool. Loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the front porch. Highly recommended!

Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We were lucky enough to be the first ones to stay in this newly renovated cottage. It was the cleanest cottage I have ever rented so far and decorated so cute! Everything was brand newā€¦ fridge, oven, plates, silverware, cooking trays, pillows, blankets, EVERYTHING! Rebecca gave her and her husbands cell phone numbers to be reached if needed and she responded quickly whenever I had questions. This is a PRIME location. Itā€™s a short walk to literally everything. The walk to the beach was my biggest concern and itā€™s so short! My 3 and 6 yr old walked it every day with no problem. Everything you need is within a few blocks (mart, coffee, ice cream, bars and restaurants, etc.) My boys slept in the trundle bed and my husband and I were in the queen. Thereā€™s also a pullout sofa but we didnā€™t use it. The air conditioners kept the house cool and worked quickly. The cottage is definitely small/tight but it was only us 4 so it was just fine at this stage in our lives. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I definitely recommend it!

Cozy Cottage
This little cottage is well equipped, adorably decorated and conveniently located. My family of four had a great week there. Starting with the little kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch. Including a good set of pans, cooking and eating utensils. The dishes and glassware were all matching and in new condition. The bedrooms worked out great for us. One room has a full sized bed. The other is a twin sized day bed with a trundle underneath. This was great for us because our older child stayed in the daybed and we could fit a pack nā€™ play in the room for our toddler. Thereā€™s also a pullout sofa in the living room, but we didnā€™t use that. The air conditioning units did a great job keeping the place cool. Finally, we enjoyed spending evenings on the porch watching the sunset over the inlet.

This property was perfectly located! Off the beaten path, but within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and boardwalk. Quiet at night, gorgeous sunsets on the inlet. Beautiful inside, a bit small for my family but we made it work! Rebecca was a pleasure to communicate with and always responded to my inquiries right away; even gave me great ideas for some rainy day fun. I would recommend this property and would be happy to stay there again.
