We really enjoyed our stay and the airport shuttle was excellent;we walked into the town but it is a bit of a hike,however the nearest metro station is not too far Could not fault the facilities or staff

Honestly the best hotel I’ve stay at. Good price and so many things were put in to make our stay more comfortable. Staff were great, Breakfast was beyond amazing, free shuttle to airport, gifted fruit and chocolate. The list goes on.

This quirky little hotel was super convenient. I came in late and they got me checked in and personally took me to my room. I also really appreciated their quick and detailed response to my question on how to get from the train station to the hotel via metro. I had no problems finding the hotel. Language wasn’t a problem during the email or check-in. Also it is in a very quiet neighborhood and except for when people were going to their room, extremely quiet.

Staff were excellent in every way. They were helpful and always courteous. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also had dinner there one night and it was very good. I would stay here again. It’s about 25 minutes to the center but it was a pleasant walk.

This property is a great stay if you need a ride to or from the airport, at some point. They provide you with a welcome drink, fruit and a very clean room. It is very close to a subway station that will get you to the Trinidad stop where the airport metro is, if your transportation needs are outside of their shuttle hours. The fridge in your room has additional drinks for you to buy, I did not realize there was an open water on the desk in the room and was charged for it, but it was little matter as the facilities were so nice.

Cordial and friendly staff, always have a big smile on the face. Very impressed with their shuttle services, the driver is very knowledgeable about the area. He even went out of his way drove us through the beach front neighborhood better than a tour guide.

Very nice hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful,good clean rooms massive comfy bed a very nice breakfast.The welcome gift of fruit,water and biscuits in the room and a drink at the bar was a really nice touch and transfer from airport was great, it is a bit of a walk into centre about 25 mins but this wasn’t a problem for us and there is a metro station a few minutes away would stay there again

Most of all I absolutely loved the service we received at the hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, particularly Mariana at the bar and Telmo & Marta at the front desk. The room was spacious and very clean, the restaurant was fine for breakfast, but lacked atmosphere for intimate dinners! The location was fine, no views, but accessible to all areas of the underground! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends visiting Porto!

Fantastic stay
Very friendly boutique hotel. Lovely clean and nicely decorated room. Staff very attentive and only to pleased to help us with any requests. The hotel is situated about a mile away from the river so not noisy, and there is a metro station just a 5 minute stroll up the road which takes you straight to the heart of the old town at Sao Bento train station. The free hotel pick up and return to the airport is a welcome addition.
