Wonderful hotel with great rooms. One thing could have made our stay better; The pillows were not comfortable. Really hampered my abilities to get to sleep My husband slept like a baby. Personal preference I guess.

The staff was beyond friendly, respectful and professional. Everything was clean and orderly. We had an issue with the tv/remote (yes, I needed it; was alone with three small children) and the front desk and maintenance crew were right on resolving the problem.

The hotel was fine. Clean and nice room. However, buyer beware, check your bill when you leave. I booked the room at $168/night but was charged $189/night. I have spent a ton of time trying to get hotels.com to make it right. The issue still hasn't been resolved.
