The front desk staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff were very strange. The woman cleaner had cleaned our room then proceeded to come find me and asked that I tip her. I usually leave a pretty nice tip at the end before I check out however she stood right by me outside and waited for me to go in to get her some cash. It was very odd and I was very uncomfortable

Although the room was clean, the bed comforter had sticky candy-like stains on it, the towels had darkish spots and the refrigerator had black spots resembling mold. The bathroom tub had stains on the rim and the bathroom could be updated. It looks old with crackly floor spot. It was quiet during my stay, however, occasionally you hear the rumble of the trucks that pull into the gas station next door. I would not stay at that facility again.

Hotel is very handicapped unfriendly. Long walks to rooms, no elevators, no breakfast, no vending machines. Front desk had no idea about nearby places to eat. Soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Could had gotten better nearby for less. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Pet friendly hotel was fine for our needs.
We were glad to find a hotel that we were sure we could stay in with our dog. It is nice that all rooms are pet friendly. Check in went fine and the staff was nice. Our biggest problem was that the soap dispensers in the room were empty and when I went back to the front desk to ask for soap, no one would answer the bell or my calls for attention. We just didn't use soap. The double beds were comfortable enough but small for two people. The A/C was very loud.

So this stay wont be for everyone, but hes what we encountered. First off let me say, the customer service at the desk was great, but let me also say the look of the lobby shouldve have been an indication of what to expect for the room... The room: upon entering, we notice the door didnt shut flush at the bottom and then we quickly realized the door has a history of being kicked in. Steel door resembled a 'Wet Noodle' we could actually shake it, when you pulled the handle, the top and bottom of door flipped back and forth. We went to the desk and she gave us a different room without question. Apparently this was the case with most of the doors as we walked past to our door. the room/ bathroom very dated, musty smelling, no deep cleaning in awhile (floor corners, top of shower, air exhaust ducts) the linens showed stains. For what we've paid at other motels, this felt overpriced at almost $100 for the nights stay. We ended up staying the evening but I think the motel could really improve its appearance & cleanliness.
