Welcome to "Seas the Day"! This beautiful home has a sparkling heated pool and private dock with great fishing. Boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Check out the fish light at night. Enjoy sitting on the spacious lanai. Huge 70in. TV in the living room. Large master bedroom with 58in big screen TV. 4th bedroom is a private den (no closet) with a queen size Murphy bed, desk and flat screen TV. Super fast internet. Port Charlotte stay
Need to let you know that my son sat in one of the plastic blue adorondeck blue plastic chairs and it collapsed on him. I think the chair was damaged by the sun and just broke into when he sat in it. We did nothing to cause this damage! The house needs some kitchen towels and wash cloths. We purchased some while we were there! Thanks, Pat Williamson

Dawn and Rick, our hosts, were excellent. Arsipe Circle is a quiet street with friendly neighbors, and is close to the beaches, excellent restaurants, and shopping. Sitting on the dock by the canal was so relaxing!

Very nice home!
"Seas the Day" is a very nice home with all the creature comforts of your own home. The kitchen is well-equipped, there was plenty of seating inside and out, the beds are super comfy and they have smart TVs to make accessing your streaming accounts super easy. We really enjoyed our stay because it felt so much like home.

Home was beautiful and so well kept. Very clean! Gorgeous views of the pool and waterway. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. It was very central to nice towns and islands nearby to explore too. Beds were very comfortable. When I booked this trip my intentions was to explore the area as we are planning to build and to spend time with some great friends. I can say this place exceeded our expectations, the place was clean and sharp, the pool was a great plus for us and the amazing canal where we had a great time talking and docking our boat. Great Stay!
Our family enjoyed our stay at Rick and Dawn's home. The house was spacious enough for our party of 5 and had everything we needed on hand. Having the screened pool area on the canal was very convenient and provided great entertainment for our kids without having to leave the property. It was also a plus to have fishing equipment provided. The neighborhood was very quiet and having a grocery store and several restaurants close by was a plus. Rick and Dawn were great hosts! They promptly responded to our communications. We hope to return for another trip in the near future.

Great Vacation Spot!
This beautiful home was awesome for our family vacation. The home was just right to accommodate eight of us. Our goal was to have all of us under one roof with my mother and just have family time and we did just that. The adults fished in the canal and the younger ones enjoyed the pool. The owner was amazing. Any time I had a questions, the owner was readily available to assist. Overall, a wonderful home! The location was great as well - not too far from shopping, massages, beach, fishing in the Gulf, and restaurants. If possible check out Venice Beach - it's beautiful.

Simply put, this place is magical! Spacious, well-appointed house with a pool just steps away, and a dock overlooking all sorts of wildlife in the back. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful - we are eager to return!

Wonderful property for small family. We had me my husband, 3 adult children and 3 grand children. Perfect size home. We brought our boat and fishing was excellent from dock or deep water. The pool is amazing.

We stayed here for the month of March and the property is wonderful! The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how spacious and CLEAN it was. The layout is great - very open and airy. We had amazing weather and loved being able to have the big doors open straight out to the pool. When our daughter and her sons came, they and my husband caught some fish off the dock. (We also saw an alligator in the canal!) Other random thoughts: quiet location with friendly neighbors, the screened, heated pool is great, LOTS of towels/beach towels, well stocked kitchen with very new pans, dishes, etc., extremely comfortable beds and pillows, Dawn was very responsive to questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has all necessary supplies and was easy to cook in. The king bed was comfy and we were able to cool master bedroom down comfortably. We are used to sleeping with a heavier blanket and since there was no extra ones in any of the bedrooms we ended up utilizing the light quilt off the other beds. Initially having hot water was an issue- we did not inform owner as we weren’t sure if they heated water on demand. It got better as the week went but the temperature needs to be turned up if able. There was some hurricane damage on the dock and lanai. We used the dock carefully and really enjoyed it. There are a few rips in the lanai screen which makes keeping the pool water clean from bugs and debris. We both ended up with multiple bug bites that we think may be from no seeums. The itchiest situation ever but we still enjoyed ourselves at the house and in this neighborhood and would rent again!

Three couples stayed in your beautiful home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bedrooms had adequate closet and storage for clothes. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The kitchen was adequately supplied with pots and pans and dishes when we stayed in and cooked. The toaster oven was nice and did lots of things but a plain toaster would have been nice for just making some toast in the morning. Another suggestion we would make is to have an extra blanket or Afghan in each closet bedroom. It’s a spacious home for entertaining and two couples from MN stopped in for pizza and there was plenty room for all of us. We loved the heated pool and being senior citizens, it was nice to get some exercise. Dawn was very quick to answer any question we sent to her. It was a very comfortable home and if we come to FL again, we would definitely stay there again. We wish we were there right now because MN could get up to 21 inches of snow today and tomorrow.
