The old neighborhood
Owner is very kind and accommodating. House is a great floor plan and has been updated. Looks good. We just sold our home of 29 years, located in same neighborhood. We were familiar with this Vrbo. Owner has done a nice job on refurbishing .

Friends find paradise
Amazing, loved this house! Even considering trying to buy it! Beautiful, quiet, well appointed stunning home! Owner was exceptionally quick to answer any questions but this house leaves few questions to answer! Definitely will try to stay here again if I can't buy it first!

GOOD AND BAD
Well issues with repairs to the house going on while we were actually in the house. We arrived to find workmen on the roof repairing a hole which led to the shower and they left the property uncompleted, so we had to shower with a large hole above us and patched up which was still not completed when we left a month later. There was also a hole in the bathroom ceiling closet which we presumed had something to do with the hole in the bathroom. We also had to clean the kitchen appliances ie: stove, fridge freezer, toaster and a coffee machine which had coffee mold still in it, the kitchen area and hall area had to be hoovered. The pool was not heated at first, but did get fixed 4 days later also the barbeque was disgusting and had not been cleaned, we reported this and was told the cleaner would come round to clean it ( they never came). The bedrooms were clean and there was plenty of towels, the washing machine was ok. The furniture was nice in all the rooms, the garage was a mess but I manage to get my car in All n I would not rent this villa again and I expect a refund

Nice, quiet stay
The property was nice. The area is still recovering a little bit from hurricane Ian but it's understandable and didn’t impact our stay. The owner was also very good about communication. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for an out of the way spot to stay within a 30 minute drive of the beach.

The house was wonderful and neighborhood very peaceful. Cleanliness was only rated 4 stars because there was damage to the master bath ceiling. It wasn’t a concern though, because it looked like it was being fixed, maybe didn’t have time to complete it before we got there? Otherwise, it was great!

Lovely home, perfect for a family vacation.
Our stay was incredible! The house was better than advertised. The neighborhood is quiet and getting around town was easy and convenient. We went to the beach as well, it was a straight shot on veterans then turn on beach road and you are there. It took about 30 min. There is a target 5 min up the road. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of room for 2. Lots of extra blankets and pillows to use, bath towels and beach towels. The house was absolutely perfect for 7 people. We have older kids who stayed up later than we did and once the master bedroom door was closed, we couldn’t even hear them. The master bath is spacious and the jet tub was amazing. We also enjoyed the kayaks and the jon boat, the kids saw all kinds of birds and gators on their adventures. The pool was wonderful and refreshing as well. It was so great that we ended up staying an extra day because we were not ready to leave. The owner responded immediately to any questions or requests that we had. 10 out of 10 for sure!!! We will be back in the future.

Great size and location of home
We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. The view was amazing of the lake in the backyard. I noticed the pool wasn’t the cleanest when we first arrived, but Jim was very attentive with solving the problem. My kids loved they all got their own rooms. My husband and I enjoyed the master suite and bathroom. Jim let us know that there was a handyman that would be coming to complete a project and he apologized for any inconvenience. I would recommend a few more cooking utensils and cookware. I wish we could have just stayed at the house even more than we did.

Comfortable and pleasant
We enjoyed our stay at the house and everything was clean and we had a very pleasant stay. We felt very safe in the neighborhood as well. The master bed specifically was so comfortable and we slept very well each night. The layout of the house was nice. The master bedroom had a connected large bathroom and was lovely while the kids bedrooms were down the hall and they had a smaller bathroom to share. Everyone seemed to be comfortable for the stay. There was a strong storm just before we arrived so the ceiling to the shower was being repaired and the pool also was not functioning properly. The owner was in contact with us on these issues and was in the middle of taking care of both. We still had a lovely stay despite the inconvenience. I would recommend the home.

Nice location to many beeches
Our family stayed for a week. The house is decent and needed some repairs. None of them really impacted our stay and I am sure it will take time to recover from Ian. The location was really great to hit many beeches within 30 minutes or so. The best part of this home is the pool. Heated and nice size. Our kids loved it. I would definitely recommend the home to others and we would love ro come back in the future.

Great home for a family group.
We had an enjoyable stay at Jim’s home. His responsiveness was quick and he remedied a couple minor issues very quickly. The pool was warm and a perfect size for hanging out at the house. The home is spacious with several living areas. At least three of the bedrooms have TV’s (I can’t remember if the 4th one did). The neighborhood quiet and we took walks each night. There are many parks in the area for the kids to play. The house was very clean (although the floors needed some attention). The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets. The washer and dryer were convenient to have with wet and dirty clothes. The house had a lot of amenities we didn’t get a chance to use. We would definitely go back to Jim’s home next time we are in the area.

A wonderful property!!
We love this property! Our favorite things to do are sitting in the lanai in the morning enjoying coffee and watching the birds and in the evening watching the sunset! Very quiet neighborhood. The heated pool is also a plus. The owner is very responsive by text and phone for any questions. This is the second time staying here and we will be back!!

Awesome property, five stars all around
It's a beautiful home away from home with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the covered patio and pool, and the use of the garage was certainly a plus. We stayed shortly after hurricane Ian and the area was still recovering but the property was in good shape and the owner communicated with me regarding the readiness of the property.

We stayed here for a sporting tournament my kids had at a local high school and it was very nice. Easy to check in and check out. The kids loved the pool and it overlooks a little lake that has turtles in it. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a very nice stay.
