This hotel has clean bedding, but the floors and bathroom are not super clean. The breakfast was not ideal. Staff was not very friendly and our room was only cleaned every 4 days and we ran out of towels often.

Convenient Location
The major bonus is that it is very conveniently located next to St. John's Town Center and is less than 10 minutes to UNF. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, comfortable, and clean.

We came in to stay here for a weekend away and anticipating the pool with our kiddos. Our friends arrived before us and when we got there, they were in the pool. All the sudden, there was a handful of staff saying to get them out of the pool as we were inside checking in. No one told them the pool was closed, there was NO sign, and they had just shocked the pool and informed them that were was mold in the pool and to get out asap and shower and take Benadryl. Absolutely crazy. We had just drove 4 hours in to relax and now the kids had to take Benadryl as we were about to head out for dinner/Top Golf. On top of that and now not being able to swim, our room smelled of mildew. It was dirty. The carpets were being cleaned in the main area so we couldn’t hang out and play cards as a group. Super frustrating experience for a hotel that wasn’t even cheap.
