The bedroom next to mine was having a big party with a lot of people and after calling reception multiple times, nobody came to solve the situation until after later than 12am. Very disappointed experience, and terrible service.

Convenient location if you plan on exploring lots of different spots in the Bay Area. Beautiful view of the SF Skyline. The rooms are old and a little beat up. The hotel could use a renovation, but it’s still a solid place to stay, with easy on-site parking. The employees are terrific, in a good mood, and the service we received was great.

That was horrible when we check in the lady in the front desk tell us that we have a free breakfast in the morning between 6 AM to 10 AM. We went down to have breakfast and they tell us that they were a mistake that they will make that we don’t have any breakfast included because we book for Hotels.com then we looking for the room for like an hour the set up of the hotel. It’s so confused when you go back to the front desk and ask for help they don’t help you. They try to explain how is it then the hotel went out for like four hours without water and I had to take a shower in the pool. That was a horrible thing in this hotel.
