Step into an open floor plan on the main level that is perfect for entertaining, with a dining room set that sits six and additional seating at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen makes family meals and snack prep a breeze. A private washer/dryer will ensure everyone can pack light, and central air conditioning means that everyone can chill out comfortably. After enjoying each other's company, head out to the shared community pool for a refreshing swim. When it is time to call it a night, choose between any of the four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted TVs for in-bed viewing. When they're not splashing in the shared pool, kids can keep entertained with a variety of board games available in the home.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
