I would definitely stay here again, but for longer next time. Parking needs to be planned out but I’d recommend trying Groupon to get deals.

The room was nice with a kitchen and washing machine! The pool was dirty! Lots of open roof and space! The room stated it was a studio, the bed was a pull out couch and about 6 inches away from the kitchen! Internet didn’t work for first two days until they reached out to me with a different login! This is an apartment building so you know they just happen to also rent it out for short terms!

Nice apartment and a swimming pool on the 23rd floor was pretty cool. This would be great for a group of people to stay for a few days.

Than Never, When Back To Change That Taws Or do the Beth I know the thing that was never at shampoo or body Are there and that the place was pretty good quiet and Nice but they need to change. Also the bed because when a customer go to a hotel they would like to sleep nice not comfortable with those kind. Bet do you guys put in there?

Arrived at 10:30pm, front desk was on break until 11pm. Went to the room, toilet was clogged and I couldn’t get a hold of the front desk until the next morning. It took half a day to get fixed, meanwhile not having access to toilet was brutal since they also don’t have a bathroom in the lobby and lounge area. In addition, the AC didn’t go lower than 75°, I couldn’t control the volume on the TV since the remote was missing (the Roku remote didn’t have a volume option) AND I couldn’t connect to the wifi due to outdated login/password info that was provided in the check-in email. However, when I did talk to someone to the front desk, everyone was nice tried to be helpful. There’s only so much they can do, so I don’t blame them at all. Ownership and property managers need to be better with room upkeep, maintenance and communication.

To start things off the tv wasn’t working, The ac was also not working properly or at least didn’t get the room cold. The worst part is that my couple and I went out for dinner and when we got back our room key was not working anymore. Security came up and there key wasn’t working as well. We were waiting for about 40 minutes before they could open the door. It just killed the whole vibe. My fiancé was tired already and just wanted to sleep. I book suites every single weekend all around downtown and I have never had any issues like this before. The security guard seemed annoyed and was in a really bad mood. It was just an experience I hope no one else experiences. If it wasn’t for those issues I would of probably enjoyed the stay but unfortunately it didn’t meet my standards and I don’t know if I would recommend it to friends and family.
