Expedia and this hotel, you're scammers, and there's no one to help. The hotel fee was charged twice, and no one cares at checkout. It's a cursed place, filthy everywhere. Expedia, you're scammers too. Payment was taken online, and then again at the hotel reception. Damn you, and there's no one to contact either. I'll report you everywhere

Very bad !
Gotta be fair and state the positive first. The staff was friendy and check in was great. Now after that we saw the condition of the property was horrible there was trash everywhere and even the walkway there was trash the whole time and no one picked it up and i really gotta say this was the worst i seen when i stay in a hotel. The rooms was very bad and dirty. The room had trash from the previous guest. I definitely dont recommend it i would never go back. The shower was dirty never cleaned and not usable.

This place was a total catfish! The pictures are either very old or overly photoshopped. The first room we got put in looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. I picked up the sheets and the mattress was absolutely disgusting! There was old food in the fridge, flies everywhere. Just yuck! The second room was somewhat better. The bedding was clean, and it did smell like bleach so we knew it had at least been cleaned. The shower was pretty bad but we dealt with it. The hotel had actual residents living there. The stuff was somewhat decent. If we were able to be refunded we definitely would have left but -stayed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Not even for a last minute stay.

dive. with bad customer service.
we checked in fine , but as soon as we got to the room ther was no wash cloths, no bed blanket. the bathroom door had a hole in it. when i went down stairs to the office the gentleman said they didnt have any blankets . we saw a few empty rooms where the window was open and no one had been in there with blankets on the bed. went back down at 10pm and the rooms were still not occupied. blankets on the beds. he said he could not offer us a blanket at all. the service was not good at all.

The absolute worst of the worst the inside was just as nasty dirty mold everywhere unhealthy, booking process is unlike I've ever seen no zero security when there should be 24hr security just the absolute nastiest place a bad representation for the brand.

The clerk refused to give or sell me dishes, silverware, pots & pans to use in the room. The clerk also refused to give me toilet paper. The AC unit smelled of urine and this was my second room. The first room the sheets were dirty. The stove was nasty and unusable. There were black marks ALL over both sheets and the pillows. Looked like foot prints. You had to throw away your own trash, but the trash cans were full, all over the property when I checked in and still full the next day when I checked out. IT WAS AWEFUL. Would have been cleaner to sleep on the streets of Phoenix, Yuck! Shame on you for overcharging customers to stay in a filthy dump. Nothing in the room was wiped clean, (walls, phone, fridge). I took a shower as soon as I got to the next hotel.

Sheets werent changed upon check in. Top sheet was missing. I just took everything off and slept on my own stuff. I did ask for extra bedding to make my own bed and someone at the front told me i had to walk all my stuff there and swap it out. Opted out and just used my own blanket

Filthy, deplorable, disgusting.
I walked into the room and it was so dirty and the shower was broken so I asked to be transferred to a different room. That room was disgusting as well so I choose to leave and try my luck elsewhere. This location should allow people to view the rooms before checking in. You won’t stay here until you have ZERO other options. It might be more sanitary to sleep in the street though

I usually don't fill these out but this was arguably one of the worst hotels/motels I've ever stayed at. The complex felt dirty/unsafe. The first room I was given was clearly not cleaned and looked horrible. The second room I was given was cleaner but still felt less than standard quality for a hotel/motel room. The door also seemed slightly broken. Completely horrible place and don't recommend!
