The Andaz offers beautiful grounds and well-appointed cabana rooms, making for an ideal stay. The staff is attentive and goes out of their way to ensure a great experience. Not really worth the money. Didn’t clean our room one day. Pictures give the illusion of seclusion, but it’s not really. I wasn’t aware that they rent out pool areas to people who’s not staying at the location. It made it pretty crowded.

We arrived later in the evening and the staff member at check-in wasn't very friendly. He handed us a key and map and sent us out with our bags into the darkness to find out room on our own. When we got lost, we came back and asked for someone to show us. It didn't feel like a 5 star hotel.
