"The house was very unique and stocked with everything we might possibly need and then some. The house, and the town of Idaho Springs, are very conveniently located, so it’s a breeze to get in and out whether headed to Denver or the Ski slopes to the west. The house had plenty of space for our group of six and we enjoyed the private backyard area each evening."

"Lovely stay by the creek in Dumont. Access to Loveland Ski Area was easy during our stay. Close to nearby shops/groceries/restaurants in Idaho Springs. The hot tub was such a nice touch for a wonderful stay. "

"The house is a beautiful, well equipped home on the side of a hill up a private driveway. The views from the house were very nice. There was a family of wild turkeys in the neighborhood, and it was fun to see their activities. It is a big house with good heating and no drafts etc inspite of 0F temperatures when we got there. I liked dealing with the owners directly instead of a management company and they were very helpful and prompt. There was an internet outage and they were able to get somebody over the next day to fix it. The kitchen utensils could use a refresh but they were all usable. Fireplace had some issues as well and would not work.However be careful with snow- We got a foot and even my 4 wheel drive got stuck - had to be pulled out by a tow truck. The neighbors were very helpful. The house has no cell phone signal(atleast on verizon) and when internet was down - we had no way to communicate till we got to the main road. "
