STAFF was top notch! Excellent. Room felt a little old and worn out, had no view, was kind of a pain to get to (within the hotel). The locatin of the hotel itself is PERFECT. Only stayed one night but I think there are better options for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palace Gate. The staff was so welcoming and kind. We were specifically appreciative of the service of Ms. Nob Kakada in the restaurant. She went above and beyond, even asking the restaurant chef for a Cambodian recipe we love.

Staff truly care about guest safety
Everything was good , but the exceptional part was that hotel staff would always come outside when I would get a Tuk Tuk cab to make sure those predatory drivers didn’t try to gouge me on a fare. I was very impressed with the care in which they watch over their guests .

All the staff here like security, front desk, bell men are very helpful, attentive and welcoming. The Palace Gate staff are second to none. Very friendly and helpful. I always stay in the older part of the hotel as the rooms are very large and airy. The breakfast buffet and a la carte menus do not disappoint! Home away from home.

Location right in front of the Palace. Exceptional service and wonderful dining especially breakfast! Staff were wonderful and so attentive. Room was immaculate and very comfortable bed! This is our second stay here and this time exceeded the furst!
