The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean, and the rooms were updated. The breakfast was nice. I would did not like there was only 1 working elevator, but overall property was great.

One night stay before flying home.
The heated pool was actually heated! The room was spacious and clean. There is a small bar. Everyone was friendly. My only complaint was the shuttle did not have a stool to step up and I could barely make it. Another passenger helped me.

I stayed at the hotel I called down and asked for a late check out .. it wasn’t even 11 it was 10:50 when the housekeeping staffed walked in on me while I was naked I brought what happened to the front desk they acted like they couldn’t do anything very terrible customer service the lady who checked me in was very nice

We booked there to go to a family funeral and chose it because there was an accessible room available, which my husband needs because he uses a walker. The first room we were sent to had a tub with grab bars, so I mentioned that to the front desk clerk, who immediately found us another room with a a roll-in shower. I was very pleased with the fast response and resolution to the issue. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large and nice.

I LOVE this hotel!!! I am so glad I stumbled upon it!! The shuttle runs 24 hrs, everyone is so very nice and kind. The hotel is modern and clean!! Our room was incredible! Seriously way larger for the double bed room than most hotels we’ve stayed in! We have stayed at a Bonvoy hotel before (I try and pick it when we stay in IN for visiting our child at college) because it always so clean and modern and comfortable. Well , I couldn’t believe that one could be topped!! Our family is so pleasantly surprised!!

Highly reccomend this property i would have given it a 5 however we were a late arrival. We got to the airport at 945 but didnt end up to the hotel until close to midnight. I called for the shuttle and we waited and waited and nobody came o called the hotel yes sorry someone is on the way. One hour later someone finally came. My 74 year old mom and 14 year old son were exhausted. Now i will say the drivervwas very kind and funny so it kind of took the angry faces off everyone. I would stay again i would just opt for taking a lyft.
