We did not stay. The room had not been cleaned. There were dead flys and dirt in the tub. Water was gurgling up the sink and tub drains. The vents were coated in a think dust and grime that could have had mold in it. There were stains on every surface. We left immediately and they returned our parking payment and deposit. We have to go thru Expedia to receive a refund.

My children loved the pool area. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were lovely… high quality. There was a full kitchen and we cooked a lot, but we brought two extra pans and paper plates and utensils, and it’s a good thing we did, because the existing housewares were sparse. I would definitely stay there again.

Our key card didn't work half the time and had to repeatedly go to service desk. Also had a bile of trash left from room service outside my door, and skunks got to them that early morning. I got help from the person working the service desk and was told that the trash would be removed when I left. It was not removed when I left at 10:00.

The hotel seems a bit old, the room smelled musty, the breakfast had almost nothing interesting. I think there is a lot that could be improved. The staff were super nice and attentive. The office area was very clean and organized. But I also noticed a lot of people smoking on the stairs outside at night, people talking in the hallway until 11 pm. I thought all of this was a bit bad.
