Front desk staff was great, bartender was great, the one housekeeper I bumped into was great. What wasn't great was the lack of food service--despite your website saying that you served dinner, I was told by the staff that you were not in fact serving food on the night of my stay. I was never given a clear reason why. Had your property been up front about this, I could have eaten before arriving. Instead, I had to spend $40 on GrubHub. "That's really cool", said no one ever. When your website says something about a property that turns out to be untrue, that's called "dishonesty", fellas. Do better.

The inside is really nice and clean the staff are really nice and helpful. There is an airport shuttle that brings you straight to the hotel even though I had a rental. The only thing I didn’t like was that a roach crawled right over to me when I was eating at the table in my room. It was one of the roaches you’ll see when you’re at someone’s house because they’re not clean. That was literally the only bug I saw so I’m assuming it came from someone’s luggage prior to my stay! Other than that the hotel is nice, clean, up to date, and cozy I loved my stay and would go back whenever I’m in Philly again!

The property was clean and attractive. The staff were wonderful. Very limited restaurant menu but a Ruby Tuesdays close by. The only negative for me was cheap toilet paper, other than that a very nice stay.
