Other than one front desk employee who left at 11pm on the night of our stay, the staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. A guest with a small dog was placed in the room next to us. The dog barked for hours - while the occupant(s) were out. I am a pet owner as well, so I am all for pet friendly hotels. However, when I went to the front desk to ask what could be done, I was told that I could move to another room. Furthermore, for her to mention something to the guest would be seen as ‘harassment’ and that we would need to move. We requested an accessible room because my sister who was traveling with me has multiple sclerosis. It was 10:00pm and the last inconvenience we needed was to pack up and move to another accessible room - which wasn’t available. Perhaps having a designated area/floor for guests with pets could be considered. Additionally, I don’t particularly like the idea of staying in a room that was occupied by an animal. Seems like guests with allergies or aversions to pet dander could tolerate such a room - no matter how much cleaning took place. We will not be staying nor recommending a Sonesta property nor any option within the chain in the future.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed for one night to attend a nearby concert. The area was really nice, with plenty of parking available. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was on the second floor, and at first glance, it seemed nice and clean. However, we noticed some issues: the toilet bowl could have used a more thorough cleaning, and there was hair in the tub, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned well. As a result, we decided to wait until we got home the next day to shower. Additionally, the floors were buckled, and some tiles were lifted, possibly due to water damage. Despite these concerns, check-out was easy.

The lady at the Registration Desk was extremely rude & very unprofessional. She couldn't find my reservation & was unwilling to assist me. It wasn't until the Assistant Manager came in [10-15 min later] that I was able to secure my room.

This hotel was very convenient for a short stay, especially since it includes a free airport shuttle. Clean, reasonably quiet, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The dining option at the hotel itself was not great, and there were few options within walking distance.

The reason why i gave it 2 stars is customer service was really poor we got to the at around 4 andcwasnt able to check in for 90mins they said that they were backed up and waiting on the the rooms to be inspected. We were on a tight deadline and had to wait for a long time and the 2nd point no one at reception told us that we needed to book the airport shuttle ahead of time and when we checked out the shuttle service told us they were booked solid so we had to take a lyft back to the airport. The property itself was very well kept and maintained.

Apparently the local juvenile delinquents use the adjacent parking lot for drift parties on the weekends. So if you enjoy listening to cars doing donuts for hours on end then this your place. It didn’t stop until a crash and gun shots rang out. Finally got to sleep at 130 am I had to get up at 230 to get to the airport. So paid good money for 1 hour of sleep. Receptionists were rude and has horrible attitude. Room was ok, but halls were dirty and carpets in the hall were very dirty. Won’t stay again.

During my stay, at 10:30pm, cars gathered outside the hotel in a nearby area to rev their engines and squeal their wheels. It was so loud! The gathering was very large. My family was given no warning and very little information when we inquired about the situation. I would be very hesitant to stay again after this incident and would warn others of this situation.
