We had to wait half an hours past the check in time due our room not being clean and inspected. Quite expensive hotel considering the overall condition of the property. They also charge $15,99 for the breakfast which I think it’s a rip off. Our bathroom door got jammed for no reason at 11pm and we had to call maintenance to force the door open, that caused minor damage to the door. I’ll update my review in case I get charged for anything related to this issue.

The original Room had an odor of chemicals. The entry door stuck, and you had to kick it to open it. This was the same for the bathroom door. We requested to be moved to another room. The female helping us was rude and was visibly agitated by our request. In the process of moving rooms, they deactivated our old room key. I went down to get the key turned on, and the female threw her pen she was so agitated with me. She then called the room and told my wife I was causing issues because I put my key next to my phone. She said nothing to me but called to insult me to my wife. Once we got settled in the new room we discovered the outlet in the bathroom did not work, and the shower doors would not stay closed. This hotel also required valet at an additional $15/day because they were so busy. The listing stated valet was available, but not that we would be required to use it. Not our fault you are busy. We have stayed at many Holiday Inn over the years, and this one is by far the worst. Based on our experience here, we will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The doors are so heavy you can hear them slam. I didn’t like there was no microwave. Also in the shower the ceiling had mold, might want to check that out. The tv was horrible and fuzzy no local news or sports 👎 considering you’re down the street from all the sports venues. Bed was comfy and ac worked very well and the location is perfect for game days

It was nice and quiet only thing I didn’t like was there were no microwave in the rooms. You have to go downstairs and ask the staff to warm your food.
