Familienurlaub

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die ganze Familie von klein bis groß war begeistert. Auch der Vermieter und der Hausverwalter waren sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, gern wären wir noch geblieben. Es war sicherlich nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in einem Haus von Herrn Ebeling.

schöne Woche

Das gesamte Objekt ist gepflegt und funktional, für jeden etwas zum Spaß haben dabei. Außer ein paar fehlenden Haken im Bad und dass die Couch im Aufenthaltsraum zu klein für alle ist, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Hausverwalter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man ihn anruft. Danke für eine schöne Woche.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Sehr schönes Obekt in Randlage von Berlin. MIt der S-Bahn 45 Minuten zum Alex. Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön und habe alle ein gutes Bad. Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist etwas klein. Wir haben besonders das Badefass und die Sauna genossen.

Ideale Unterkunft für 4 Generationen

Wir bewohnten Villa Pfeffer für 1 Woche mit 4 Generationen. Ideal, insbesondere, dass jedes DZ sein eigenes Bad hat. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet und groß genug. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Waschmaschinen, Trockner, Spülmaschine...alles vorhanden. Die Spülmaschinen hätten qualitativ etwas besser ausfallen können. Ein paar Küchenutensilien wie Mixer, Zauberstab und ausreichend Geschirrtücher haben wir vermisst. Der Pool, die Sauna und das Badefass waren super; hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Übergabe und Abnahme war freundlich und Hr. Naumann immer erreichbar. Ein Hausordner mit Bedienungsanleitungen, Hausregeln und mit Hinweisen auf Aktivitäten und Lokalen wäre vielleicht für alle Beteiligten eine Erleichterung. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Das Haus ist super

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Ferienhaus. Vor allem das Drumherum war prima, wie z.B. der Außenpool, der ganzjährig genutzt werden kann. Aber auch die Ausstattung im Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr gut geeignet für Familientreffen oder für den Freundeskreis. 9 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sind spitze.

Das Haus, die Einrichtung, die Zimmeraufteilung sowie der Garten mit Pool, Ruheplätzen, Tischtennis und Trampolin absolut spitze. lediglich zwei Dinge gibt es zu bemängeln: - aufgrund der vielen Insekten sollten mindestens die Schlafräume mit Netzen an den Fenstern ausgestattet werden. - in den Bäder sollte es etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten geben.

Wir verreisen seid 8 Jahren mit Freunden in Ferienhäusern. Dieses war mit Abstand das Beste . Es wurde einfach an alles gedacht. Alle waren rundum zufrieden . Es gab immer Beschäftigung und Samstag haben wir noch Live Bundesliga angesehen.

Tolles Haus mit Pool . Die ganze Famie war beschäftigt. Die Frauen im warmen Badefaß bei Sekt , die Männer beim Holzhacken und die Kinder im Pool . Alle wären beschäftigt und hatten gute Laune. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
