Paper thin walls in a sketchy neighborhood
This is in a really sketchy area. Loys of activity late night on a weeknight. Was very nervouse about parking my car put of my sight. Walls are super thin, had to listen to a couple fighting about wanting to sleep woth someone they met earlier. And threatening to beat each other up. So that was fun..... To be clear they werent yelling they were juat talking slightly loudly. I could hesr every word as if they were in the bed next to me.

Nightmare Stay
We had a terrible experience at the Motel. The first room we were in still had kids toys and trash under the bed, so it had not been properly cleaned obviously. They moved us to another room and the AC wouldn't work in that one, so they moved us to a 3rd room and this morning when I went to flush the toilet it would not flush and began to run over into the floor. We called the front desk to let them know and no one came to do anything. I turned the water off to keep it from continuing to overflow, as the toilet was running. When we got ready to leave I realized that I had left my shows in the other room. When we went back and check the room they were gone. The lady at the front desk checked the house keeping cart to see if maybe they were there, but they were no where to be found. Someone stole my shoes...smh. I do NOT recommend staying at this motel. I should have known something was up when the lady at the front desk told me no drugs and prostitution allowed when I was checking in.

How bout the fact that there was a murder up the street as we checked in... Also, gang members in lobby smoking weed with guns visible. I think someone came in my roommat 4am n stabbed me and stole my socks.

The room and staff were wonderful. The common grounds need major improvement. The hall carpets need to be replaced… they are stained and smell horrible But I want to emphasize the support staff was wonderful and the room exceeded our expectations

Good location near 95.Close to Petersburg Battle Field ,both East and West fronts .Front desk helpful and polite .Room big and clean .It was basic but beds restful and clean. Felt safe ,although surrounding location had seen better days. Price was well worth it.

No servicing of the room until asked, no shampoo available (but they had conditioner!). Moderately clean room, but facilities are old/worn. A/C unit leaks onto floor, loud guests yelling all night. And the 2:40 am room phone ringing was an unwelcome surprise. Front desk staff was nice and friendly.

Staff are nice and friendly. However property need alot of renovations, bathroom door won’t close, missing shower curtains, ac leaking water on floor, can see that some stuff are broken (lamp, AC cover, remote for tv, etc). Staff have to move me to a different room twice. One of the room (non-smoking double queens bed room that the staff give me instead of king size bed room) I sleep in is fine however it seem like a door where you go into another room is damaged like someone try to break in, that is my concerns for safety. I also can smell someone smoking in the non-smoking room. I only slept there for one night.
