Noisy basic apartment
We were in a deluxe studio apartment in second Quest block from beach. It was at junction of West Coast Hwy & Scarborough Beach Road, very noisy. Almost impossible to sit on balcony. The apartment was functional, but not comfortable. A bench seat & table beside the bed & only 2 of each in the way of cutlery & crockery. No sofa or comfy chairs. Had to watch TV from bed.

Our room 2033 was on the corner of Brighton Rd and West Coast Highway. The traffic noise was bad first thing in the morning and even late at night after 10pm with noise from bikes in large groups and other car traffic.

The room smelt strongly of damp and sewage. We were given a disabled room in the next building, not the main one. There was a big hole in the fly wire which let in a cockroach at night. We had the door open because the Aircon smelt.

Reception person was rude
Great location, close to the beach and shops, hotel was clean and nice, however receptionist was rude and spoke abruptly, went to pull out the sofa bed but its was zipped tired closed and parking was limit and had to street park down the hill. Overall wasnt happy with the service from one staff member so i wont recommend this hotel.
