You couldn't switch the bathroom fan off, which was very loud. When mentioned to reception they said that this was normal and that they could offer me ear plugs. We had very little sleep that night. When you pay alot of money per night, this is not acceptable.

I had a one bed apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Even had washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Could have stayed there for an extended period as it felt like home. Staff very friendly.

We always stay at the Quest when we visit family and friends in WA. The location is perfect for us... nice quiet area, but still close to shopping and restaurants. It's definitely our home away from home.

Checkin was ordinary, rooms pleasant & ok, shower nice & hot. Bed was very comfortable rooms are very quiet. Disappointed in the morning when only 2 coffee pods available. If known that in advance would have bought my own coffee machine & pods. Also the kettle & coffee machine are situated at a height inaccessible for any one under 6 foot.
