With ample sleeping accommodations for up to twenty-one guests, including 3 King beds, 4 Queen beds, 5 Twin beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Each bedroom boasts a private bath, with the Primary bedroom featuring a luxurious 'his and hers' size bath, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

We loved our stay at this villa. Our family of 14 stayed and there was so much room! The kids played pool, ping pong and arcade games. The beach was beautiful! It was so nice having a private pool for everyone to gather and play in. The only thing that I would recommend is to put a lock (like a restroom slide lock) on the outdoor shower. With the wind blowing, the shower door opens and closes with a bang that was loud enough for it to wake my aunt downstairs. I called the rental company due to the air conditioner leaking Thursday night and they came Friday to repair it. The air conditioner company drained it, but within an hour of them leaving, it started leaking again. I called the rental company back to let them know. I was pleased with the rental company!

Overall a very nice property. The updates and renovations were noticeable and everything was extremely clean. The location and proximity to everything while also taking advantage of beach front is unmatchable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to book again for future trips to Perdido Key.

Beautifully decorated, stunning view, private pool
Every single room is beautiful. There really isn’t a bad room in the place. Our kids loved the bunk room, playroom and pool. We enjoyed the private beach and stunning decor. Even the bedding and throw blankets were so soft and cozy. The kitchen… is just gorgeous and perfect for a large family dinner. We loved it and will stay again if we get the chance.
